INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Individual sessions are the most common type of therapy appointment.

An individual session is a 1 to 1 appointment with your therapist. This gives you the privacy to explore your emotions at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Should you need an interpreter or carer to assist you during this session, we can discuss this in advance of commencing work.

VIDEOGAME THERAPY

Video gaming therapy is a type of therapy that uses video games to help people improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It can help people manage stress, improve concentration, and develop problem-solving skills.

Through this type of therapy, people can learn coping strategies and have a safe space to explore their emotions.

Video gaming therapy can be used to support people with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Virtual sessions give you the freedom to attend your therapy appointment even when you don't have time to make it in person.

Using the invite link at the time of your appointment will quickly connect you to our virtual therapy room.

Virtual sessions are also a great option for clients who don't feel comfortable with face to face sessions.

Virtual sessions can also be used in conjunction with in-person sessions as a hybrid to help fit around busy schedules.
